If something isn’t right, you can return your item under the conditions below.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer law.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused
It must be in its original packaging
It must be in resellable condition

We cannot accept returns for used items or products damaged after delivery.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item is faulty
The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

7. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened personal care products
Used bath & body items
